Long Term Villa Rental

Hi
My wife and I are looking for a long term villa/bungalow rental, 12 months min contract but would prefer renewable for several years. Min of 3 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms. Private pool, off road parking. Furnished or unfurnished with white goods. Lapta and surrounding areas. We are both retired, no pets, do not smoke and already renting in Lapta and could provide references if required. We treat properties with respect and are ideal tenants. The budget is flexible up to £900 per month dependant on property. location, furnished or unfurnished.
