We are a professional couple looking to rent a villa on a long term basis in the Catalkoy/Arapkoy/Besparmak/Dogankoy/Karakum/Ozankoy area.

The property must have a minimum of 3 bedrooms, be pet friendly and have a swimming pool, well maintained garden and preferably central heating. We are looking to pay in the region of 700 GBP per month but are prepared to pay a little more than this, depending on the specification of the property.
