Tried The Old Silver Restaurant last week, dissapointing for me, gravy like water, chicken, meat was boiled not roasted, £ for £ Acymna is by far the best for a basic 20 lire Sun lunch choice of 3 starters, 3 choice main course, choice of 6 sweets, coffee, brandy what more do you want fo 20tl, and no I have no connection with the place.
Where ever you go a 20/22 lire Sunday lunch is always not going to be Al la carte

I've tried Acmenya and personally I believe you get what you pay for…. After reading rave reviews here I was really looking forward to a well cooked Sunday roast.
Yes, there's quantity but no quality. The starter was tasteless, main-course meat was of poor quality and vegetables were cold.
Last week we went to the CROWS NEST in KARMI and had a beautiful Sunday Lunch and homemade desserts. It was very busy, the Bar-man said all-most everyone there didn't live in the village which surprised me.
We could really taste the difference….. It was real home cooking….. Beautiful.

The Fez in Catalkoy do a lovely Sunday roast. We always go when we're over.
