The Waterfall the event is in aid of TULIPS there is a posting on this forum with all the details. I also believe The Joya in Kucuk Erenkoy is holding a Valentines night.

I Belli the Italian restaurant by Tango to Buddha.....pricey, but very good authentic food and evening.
