Dragon at Karakum

We went not long after it had opened in its new location & the decor is absolutely stunning food was not good though.
We thought we would give them another try & were eagerly anticipating the gorgeous garden area they had no doubt created. What a huge disappointment! The area was not very screened from the back of the take away & the car park, the central feature was 4 massive aircon units back to back with wires running across the floor for diners to trip over & a jumble of assorted chairs & tables. They had made an effort with the bar area which had some red paper lanterns. No planting at all to break up the large area.
The food was dreadful & so very expensive 25tl for a starter which consisted of amongst other things 2 triangles of very greasy prawns on toast, 2 small spring rolls, 2 small ribs. We only had a starter & one main course each the chicken was gristly & greasy could not eat it & 2 cheap (horrible) bottles of wine the bill was 435 TL for 4 of us.
Needless to say we will not be going back a third time which is a pity as we can walk there.
By the way every table was taken!
