Had problems with NTV & You Tube, so not solely NTV problem!
Reported speed issues to ISP, speed seems to be a lot better now 23:48

That would be 16mbps between you and your local ISP then?

Did you try selecting a server close to where the programme material was originated?

Or try 'pinging' the actual website that you were trying to view - you might have got an entirely different result in that case...

It only takes one slow/overloaded server en-route to demolish any hope of watching TV - and as our only connection is via Turkey, there's not much that you can do about it!

No its ntv that is the problem I spoke to them yesterday and they said that they had problems with the networks in cyprus
