WARNING – ZIRVE SIGORTA

A few days ago we went to Istanbul for three nights, we insured the trip with Zirve Sigorta ( the agent -Side Tur in Kyrenia ).
On the way back my brand razor BRAUN was stolen from the luggage ( my wife packed it at the last moment before we left for the airport and it was on the top of our clothing in the suitcase).

When we came to the Side Tur , they assured us that the loss was covered .

But from the main office in Turkey we received the opposite reply:


“Dear Sir, as you can see on attached policy, "the lost or damaged baggage" is covered.
Lost of any item from your baggage is not covered. Luggage is under cover but personal items are not. Kind Regards, Ahmet”
