Flown with them several time, and have had good service. Their website is a little clunky and not very user friendly, but these are minor details. For us, they provide an excellent alternative to TA as we fly to Dublin and have few other options without multiple stop overs. Recently the TA flights require long stop overs, so it's refreshing to leave Cyprus and land in Ireland a mere 5 hours later.
We have also used them to Crete & Manchester. All good, but yes, no frills.

No frills, does the job.

Gives another option for flights back to the UK.

Very good, punctual. I've flown four times with them and never a problem. They now have live streaming in-flight films but you need your own tablet or laptop in flight mode to watch them, that's a frill.

My disabled 90 year-old mum has used them twice on the Manchester-Larnaca route. Very good service from attentive staff from check in to arrival for such a passenger travelling on her own.

Have to arrange special assistance by phone but there has been no waiting in line and the call handlers are very polite and helpful. Their Business class is cheaper than BA if booked several months before travel and I like the idea of being able to tell the cabin crew when I want to eat!

Cobalt's business product is better than BA. Bigger better seats in a 2-2 configeration, food on demand & fast-track security.

Used them last week in and out of Heathrow. Punctual to the letter and friendly helpful staff. Does what it says on the tin.

Used Cobalt for our return to the UK, £400 for two one way business class seats including 30kg extra luggage and of course use of the business lounge with its free food and drink.I also booked special assistance, everything went fine, whisked through security, no waiting in line then first to board. All in all a no hassle experience.

I use them from Dublin TO Larnaca and have no complaints Delighted there is a direct service from Ireland to Cyprus, however it beats having to travel to the U.K or Istanbul.

I flew from Heathrow to Larnaca one way with Cobalt last night, and I just read that they may have to ground their planes (cease trading) from midnight tonight. I guess I was very lucky. I wondered why they didn't query my overweight bag!

We were caught by the collapse of Cobalt; due to fly back to UK 24 October, so spent two days trying the phone numbers provided - when we did finally get through, the replacement/only available flights given to us were for 23 October....
Well, that's OK - BUT - only to Luton Airport, while we live near Manchester.....
So, National Express from Luton to Manchester - only £94.....
Total journey time from apartment to home - 16 hours, as against normal 7 hours - and to top it off, forgot/left my Kindle on the plane - not found/handed in!
(One pleasant side bit - flight was on Blue Air, with free meals and drinks - quite impressed!)

I booked flights with Monarch two days before they went bust.

Paid with credit card, got all our money back.

If I am paying for or booking anything online that costs more than £100 I put it on the credit card, pay the card off every month, don't want to pay interest
