Delayed flight Larnaca to Manchester this morning

Hi, I am currently at Manchester airport, was due to fly to Larnaca but the flight has been cancelled due to fog in Manchester. There is no fog here whatsoever now, woke up at 2.30 this morning and the fog had gone so why hasn't this flight taken off from Larnaca yet. Cobalt call centre say Manchester airport say it is not safe to take off or land yet other flights have landed and taken off. Has anyone got any information about these flights, not getting any information from cobalt except to say wait for a text message from them.

Larnaca flight due in 9.30 now estimated 22.45 all other flights appear to arrive and departing on time

Heathrow closed until this afternoon due to fog in the South

Aircraft 5B-DCR (which appears to be doing the Cobalt Air Stansted/Larnaca and Manchester/Larnaca routes was diverted yesterday from Stansted (sched arr 13.30) to Birmingham. Instead of sched depart from Stansted to LCA 14.30 same day (to form sched flight LCA to Man?), it flew from Birm to Stansted this morning at 11.14, possibly to cover a STD to LCA flight. Result? Probably beg, borrow or steal another plane to form a (very) delayed MAN to LCA trip....
