Help with watering system

İ have a well which feeds a 20 ton tank.And,up to now have used a 'leaky hose to water garden'by gravity....İ have just got 2 small tanks for the garden,because of gravity unable to fill.I also have a water pump (not used yet).Can anyone call and advise this old man(me) best way of watering my donum of garden....Happy to pay for your services.At present my gf spends 2 hours a nıght,watering from end of hose into watering can !!!!!!
