CAN ANYONE PLEASE RECOMMEND A GOOD WEED KILLER. I have used Knockout but it doesn't seem very effective; in fact, my stronger weeds seem to thrive on it. I've put 2 capfuls to 5 litres of water on them; is that right, folks? Help.......

My Cypriot neighbour translated the label on my bottle of Knockout. I cap-full per litre. For tougher weeds than the ephemera a stronger dose is required.

I put 6 capfulls in my 5 litre sprayer and it works on most weeds although it takes a few days to see the result.

I buy mine from the little gardening shop near Girne state hospital. It's safe to use where there are animals as well. We had terrible problems with weeds but this last 12 months we've hardly had any just a few straggly one's coming through now. I believe it's called roundup it's Spanish. 4 capsules per 10 litre. It did cost TL 25.
